Hey everyone! It’s been a while since I’ve done anything with The Sims 4 Block Party Challenge. I used to make build videos on my Youtube channel for it, but I really don’t have the time to dedicate to editing them anymore. With the addition of the new world in The Sims 4, Newcrest, I decided to start my challenge back up again and this time write about them!
This is the first house in my new Sims 4 Block Party Challenge – The Quaint Ranch. It is a starter house with two bedrooms, one bathroom, small kitchen, dining room/living room, and a bathroom. It costs §17,721 so it fits the price limit of a starter house perfectly.
You can download this house from The Gallery. It is under Pinstar’s username, Pinstar1161 (we now share an account) and can also be found by hashtag searching for #Sims4BlockParty.

It’s challenge time fellow Simmers! With the release of The Sims 4: Get to Work, I knew a retail-focused challenge had to be made. Having been testing and polishing the challenge since the release of the expansion pack, I here by present to you: The Immigrant Challenge.
Written in a similar style as the Wonder Child Challenge, this time limited challenge tests you to build up a retail business while operating under loosening restrictions (though not as harsh as the Apocalypse Challenge). You are also free to use a pre-established young adult sim as your immigrant (Including a #WonderChild if you previously completed that challenge)
