I think I speak for more than one person when I say that I’m waiting for an updated Sims 4 legacy, not Sims 2.

Pinstar writes the rules, I do not. My playing The Sims 2 has no bearing on when the Sims 4 rules will get updated. I have done my playtesting, I have been posting updates and updated the trait generators. I have told Pinstar what I think we should do.
