Chapter 2 ended with Hermione and Wei getting a start on Generation 2 of this Legacy. Hermione became pregnant on the first try; so we expanded the house a little bit. Here is the interior:
As you can see, it’s still not much, but at least they have room for the new baby now!
Wei: La la la la la, cleaning the bathroom is so much fun.
Wei: Hmm… this got pretty dirty. I should make sure it’s nice and clean.
*20 minutes later*
Ah! Much better! The bathroom looks perfect now!
Hermione: BLAAAAAAAAARGH!
Well Wei… looks like you have more work to do.
Hermione: Oh hey look! I’m starting to show!
Actually you pretty much look the same. You just changed outfits.
Hermione: Shhhh! I’M SHOWING!
*sigh* Fine. You’re showing.
Hermione: I knoooooooow! This is so awesome!
Ok… now she’s starting to show a little bit!
Hermione: NO! I’ve been showing since the beginning.
Oh uh, right. Sure you have.
Hermione: Ahhhhhhh! And now the baby is coming! Ow ow ow ow!
Wait what? How’d that happen so fast?
Hermione: I don’t know! You’re the one that keeps playing on double speed. It’s YOUR FAAAAA-ooooooooww-ULT!
Wei: Argh! Well this is just great! You’re interrupting my nightly cleaning of the entire house. Now it’s going to have to wait until after you have the baby. Do you know what can happen to a house if it’s left unclean for a few hours? BAD THINGS, that’s what!
Wei, shut up and take her to the hospital.
*blink*
Um… Wei? Why are you still here?
Wei: She interrupted my cleaning ritual so I’m sulking and reading this book about cleaning instead. I’ll get to the hospital when I’m good and ready.
But… how did she get to the hospital?
Wei: She drove there.
Your wife, who is in labor, DROVE HERSELF to the hospital? Wei… *facepalm*
GET TO THE HOSPITAL NOW!
Wei: Ugh, FINE. But if we get roaches before I get back I’m blaming you.
Meanwhile, Hermione has made it to the hospital safely without needing to give birth on the road.
*sigh* I’m going to regret asking this, but Wei? Why are you just standing around outside looking at the hospital doors?
Wei: Well… it’s childbirth. It’s going to be messy. I think I’d rather stay out here.

Wei, finally made it inside (I’d like to think he passed out within mere seconds of seeing the birth) and the Fantasias welcomed their new baby girl to the family. Her randomly rolled traits are Insane and Loner. *blink* Well then… I think she needs to be named after Looney Luna Lovegood! So, welcome to the family Luna Fantasia!
Hermione is quite taken with her new daughter. Wei, wanted a boy so he’s sulking while he scrubs the toilet for a third time. *shrug*
Oh goodie, and look what just came in the mail. The creepy invisible friend doll. Oh boy! Apparently this one is named Peaches.
Since having Luna, Hermione has started a crazy quest for frugality. She’s been dumpster diving pretty often lately. Then she comes home smelling like old tuna and Limberger cheese. Which, of course, flips Wei out. Actually that part is pretty awesome.
Time for the Harvest Festival! The whole family went over to the park to celebrate. Hermione and Wei competed in a bobbing for apples tournament. Hey… wait a minute… where’s Luna?
*facepalm* Parents of the year, these two.
At least we were able to get a great family portrait!
Well, that about wraps up this chapter. Chapter 4 will cover Luna’s childhood and the pregnancy and birth of baby #2. No idea who is going to be the heir or the spare yet. Guess I’ll decide that once the kids are older and have more of their traits!

Love the name!!! I’ve been really bad about playing. Seems like real life always gets in the way of Sim life. Would be so much easier if TS2 ran on my laptop. Keep up the good work.

Having a Neat sim is nice. Perhaps Hermione can learn to live with the lack of parenting enthusiasm. Plus I find his genes intriguing….
