Hello again everyone! Now that my Sims 2 game is up and running again, it’s time to get another chapter out in my Legacy Story!
Chapter 3 ended with the birth of our Generation 2 heiress, Lancy (FINALLY!).
Geneva: Oh thank the great Plumbbob above! We can finally stop having kids!
Aaron: Yay!
And now without further ado, I introduce you to the two newest (and last!) additions to Generation 2 of the Legacy family:
This is Baden. Baden has his dad’s hair color and eye color. He pretty much became the forgotten twin as I spent so much time focusing on Lancy… poor kid.
And here is my savior… I mean heiress, Lancy Legacy. Lancy also has blonde hair like her dad, but has her mom’s green eyes. The twins were the first occurrence of blonde hair in the Legacy so far. Their older brothers all had their mom’s red hair. I was a bit bummed about this as I wanted to keep the red hair going in the Legacy, but I wasn’t about to try for another girl to get that. So blonde hair it is! I’ll just be making sure to marry Lancy to a red head.
Geneva: Oh Lancy, I’m so glad you’re a girl.
Me too Geneva. You have no idea *twitch*.
Poor Zurich… he’s become even more forgotten. He’s exhausted and passing out on the floor, but can’t sleep because the TV is on. I’ve been instructing Geneva and Aaron to put him in his crib for the last 5 minutes, but they’ve been so preoccupied with the twins, that they haven’t gotten to him yet. I’m still amazed he wasn’t taken by the social worker.
Lucy: How dare the Legacy’s keep me late! Just who do they think they are?! Hmph! I’ll just steal this invisible newspaper from them. That’ll show ’em!
FOUR birthdays tonight! Oh boy! Things are starting to get crazy.
First up is Locarno and boy is he excited to be growing into a teen! I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Sim sparkle so much! To be honest, I’m excited about him becoming a Teen as well. It means he can help out with the twins. Once they’re Child aged, I’ll be shipping him off to college and forgetting about him. But until then, he’ll be useful.
He grew up quite well too! He looks a lot like his mom. I rolled Pleasure aspiration for him. Ew. Moving on…
Zurich aged into a child. Poor kid was in the red for aspiration points though, so he didn’t get any “Age Up Well” wants fulfilled. Notice Baden next to him. As Geneva was blowing out his candles he dirtied his diaper, which of course, meant he wouldn’t age up until he was changed *sigh*
Lancy grew into a Toddler…. in… a… blue… tuxedo…
Seriously, who made the Toddler clothes?
I never actually got an “age up” shot of Baden, because… you know… forgotten twin and all. But um… here’s the back of him.
Speaking of forgotten twin…
Mary Sue: Why is this poor child sitting here in his own filth drinking from a moldy bottle? *sighs*
*blink* Mary Sue umm… do you want to move in? Geneva and Aaron are pretty useless when it comes to parenting.
Mary Sue: Dear Plumbbob NO! I already did the “raising twins” thing with a useless spouse, I have no desire to do it again.
Can’t blame me for trying :/
I finally got around to having Geneva paint her portrait.
More birthdays! The twins are growing into children now. I didn’t get much of a chance to take many pictures, it was a stressful time in the game.
Here is Lancy. Who is starting to look more and more like Aaron. Bugger.
I suppose now would be a good time to give Lancy’s stats:
Lancy is a Sagittarius. Her personality points are as follows:
Neat – 5, Outgoing – 8, Active – 10, Playful – 10, and Nice – 1
Oh boy she’s going to be an interesting one.
And here is Baden.
I gave Lancy a bit of a makeover as I wasn’t a fan of the pigtails that she had.
Lancy and Locarno really get along well. By the time she transitioned into childhood they were already best friends. Probably because Locarno was her primary caregiver. He really took on the parenting role well. Shame I’ll be sending him off to college soon, but I need to start emptying out this nest. There are far too many Sims in this little house right now.
Lancy apparently decided to build an evil snowman. However, what’s the most amusing about this snowman is his positioning. He is looking right into that window to the right. That is one of the bathrooms.
This is a view of that snowman directly from the toilet. Imagine trying to do your business with that thing glaring maliciously at you.
Lancy is an evil little thing….
Lucerne just grew up into a teenager. Umm… I guess its cold inside? Rolled romance for him. Ew. Moving on.
And that fiery inferno of a cake can only mean one thing.
Geneva has aged into an Elder.
Lancy: Arrrr matey! Walk the plank! Shiver me timbers!
Just…. like…. her… father…. *twitch*
Oh my… Sinister Frosty isn’t looking so good these days. At least the family can now pee in relative peace.
Penguin: Chirp chirp chirp…
Lancy: Chirp chirpen chirp chirp!
Lancy informs me that in Penguin that means, “It’s time to wrap this chapter up! See you next time!”
Well then. I guess we’re ending this chapter. Next time Locarno, Lucerne, and Zurich will all be shipped off to college (wait until you see what clothing they grow up into) and Lancy and Baden become teenagers. Fun times will be had by all.
Happy Simming!
